The app elgobo has been developed to be used on a iPhone 4G with: touch screen, GpS, front facing camera and accelerometer, but during prototyping phase the application is tested in a 3G and 4G Iphone.

The highlight of the auction application is the actual bidding. Inspired by existing auctions, we have conserved the physical act of raising the price by a hand movement. Here, emotional excitement is also physically expressed by the user.
To translate that, the users would shake their iPhones in order to raise their bidding price. The realization of this idea is done using the accelorometer function of the iPhone.
