..Conclusions

Coffee to go, sushi to go, cocktail to go, cut & go, wax & go, know & go… do you know what I mean? No?! … well… do you understand “capitalish”?

We will explain it to you:

if your life is hectic, you’re always in movement, you maybe can better understand what we are going to tell you. World and Societies are changing at a high pace.

People do not want to loose time or have stupid problems. In a dynamic city also the break time and the spare time will follow this way and become easier.

In the German capital a new trend “to go” has already arrived. It changed habits: from gastronomy to free time. This new trend is aimed to get the best from those vacancies in one’s spare time. In this way, one gets the chance to have a hair cut or a japanese lunch with no need for a reservation or take turns or anything.

Snowball is developed to be a “ know and go”, to create moments to meet each other and take advantage of the rhythms and technology of our time in an alternative and innovative way.

A way that is far away from the schemes with which we are used to look at technology, that is technology as a means that separates and anesthetizes human relations.

Our project is the result of a sociological reflection about the modern times, the result of an empirical observation and research.

In our opinion, Snowball can find a very good market in our country and most of all in Venice where everyday lots of people cross their way without touching. Snowball can help the birth of social aggregates and help Venice to build up own dynamics. Furthermore, we think, the italian mobile phone market is particularly developed and active.

At the time of the development of this project, we were aware that there’s the possibility that Bluetooth technology then could not be able to support correctly our service. But we were also sure that this problems can be easily overcome: if the service is successful the producer itself will be encouraged, in its own interest, to create new technology to support the service.
