Mobile Processing

This application has been written in Javascript language / Mobile Processing environment. To run the application on your computer you need to install the Software and the relative Java Toolkit (click on the link below).

Download Mobile & Java

Jar Files / Sketch Folders

Download the .jar file and transfer it via Bluetooth or infrared to a java-enabled phone or Put the sketch folder in your Mobile Processing program folder (usually in Documents on the Macintosh). Open the file from within Mobile processing (or drag it onto the Mobile Processing application icon).

How To?

Use SOFTKEYS as displayed on the application bar. The LEFT SOFTKEY is for OK while the RIGHT SOFTKEY is for BACK/QUIT. Use UP and DOWN to scroll the categories in the MENU.

- RUN the application

- MENU section

- Press FIRE on START to play the application; the application goes on the background

- Press 1 to display the NEW SMELL animation (1st time met)
- Press 2 to display the KNOWN SMELL animation (2nd time to 3rd time met)
- Press 3 to display the KNOWN SMELL animation (4th time met)
- Press 4 to display the WAGGING animation (5th time met)
- Press 5 to display the BARK animation (6th time met)

Note: In Application 3 we paired our mobile to our laptop so that the first animation (New Smell) is triggered not by pushing the “1″ button but by recognizing via bluetooth the ID code of our laptop on the mobile; Thus, the application does roughly work.
