Embedding vimeo is easy: go to the page of the video in Vimeo.com, click on EMBED on the video and a window will open.
Scroll down and click on the CUSTOMIZE EMBED OPTIONS button, set the size you want and choose colour, white. (This makes the controls more reticent).
Then copy the code where you want the video to appear.
