Mood

The main purpose of this project is to involve children during visits to key Venetian tourist sites, letting them enjoy their stay and encouraging them to discover interesting things about the city and its historical and artistic landmarks.
The service wants to create a fun and happy experience, making children satisfied with their holiday in Venice.

Goals

“Ready? Set… Go!” allows tourist children to:
_feel happy and engaged while they’re sightseeing with their family;
_play a fun game, choosing which character to be from the three alternatives;
_discover new things about Venice and its history;
_interact with other children who are playing the same game (and so are probably tourists too);
_create a different kind of relationship between them and their parents.

Criteria for success

_children will enjoy it and give positive feedback;
_parents will be content too;
_other stakeholders will be convinced, deciding to use it or to give it to their “customers”, or to help the developers or ask for further development.
