Circuito Off would promote Cinomadic during the main festival and with posters around Venice.
Our user will be a part of the Circuito Off audience, people who missed the first vision, people who are just interested to do something different in Venice or just take part in an amazing experience.
Above all people who dicovers accidentally the projections just by walking.
stakeholders
The stakeholders are all the persons who enter in contact to the running event.
In our case they are:
- users - we can distinguish the Circuito Off audiece, which knows the initiative at the main Festival, from people who knows Cinomadic just passing by a projection or a poster,
- Circuito Off - Cinomadic would be a parallel event of the Circuito Off. The festival has provide the projections and its organization as well as the techical staff to make the event real,
- press - because Cinomadic would be a cultural event in the city of Venice the press will report and promote it,
- Comune di Venezia - Cinomadic has to been approved from the municipality,
- ACTV - it is the venitian transport firm,
- eletronical stores - electonical staff is required for the projections,
- boats charte, boat owners - because some projections happen in the middle of the lagoon on boat,
- neighbours - the projections in Venice would take place probably also on house-walls and on sheets. It will involve also locals to cooperate,
- print shop - to print out the posters and the merchandising
(The people that appreciates movies and are enthusiastic about an insolit event)
