During the prototype development we found that this system would be really flexible in its use.
We thought that this kind of group interaction could have two main developments.
One it’s closer to the art of performance: people come to an empty place and moving and shaking faster and faster they produce this impressive storm.
The other is more a platform for disco-parties. A VJ can set a visual or light show relating to the mood of the DJ playing.

Thinking about the technology we can suppose that the data from the tilt sensor is communicated through a RFID charged directly from the people’s shaking.

Considering the interaction aspect, our project could be interesting for fields that needs to count people (e.g. security), or could be an inspiration for eco-projects. For example, in gymnasium, the air conditioning could work proportionally to people moving, or in concerts the system could make louder the music if more people coming.

As last consideration we can say that the data collected counting frequncy of people’s movement allow to manage many different kind of outputs (not just fans or lights). This can be a suggestion for many other projects.
