EDUCATION• Liceo scientifico (scientific High School).
• Undergraduate degree in Industrial Design (specialising in Multimedia and Graphic Design) at Sapienza University, Rome.
• Currently: IUAV’s graduate degree in Visual and Multimedia Communication, specialising in Interaction Design. I am finishing my second (final) year and will start my thesis project in September 2008.
EXPERIENCE
• I enjoy brainstorming and thinking which technologies could be used to solve particular problems. I have experience building web sites (I worked for my university, Sapienza, as a web designer). I know how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash animation, Dreamweaver, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD and Rhinoceros, and have made prototypes using Processing and Flash.
• I am one of the contributors and developers of Random Clapping, the IUAV Interaction Design student website.
• I did a three-month internship at H-umus, part of H-Farm, Treviso (the hi-tech incubator company), where I worked on an interactive window for Beretta and TIM mobile Brazil. I also designed an interactive display shelf for shoe shops.
LANGUAGES
Mother tongue: Italian. My English is improving as I follow the IUAV interaction design courses which are taught in English.
