Millimography: An app for future Venice
With Luigi Frettoloso, Ornella Giau, Valeria Sanguin

Millimography is a prototype for a smartphone application whose aim is to make visible the invisible changes of Venice, allowing residents and visitors to inhabit the city in a new and more informed way. Everybody knows Venice for its large scale flows and movements: high water, cruise lines, crowds of people. But every second, under the surface of the city, a thousand millimetric movements are taking place.
My role: I focused on initial graphic proposals, designing the instruction screen and icons and working on the promotional video shooting and editing.

Compass Cloud: Infographic installation for airports
With Loris Bottello, Alessandro Mattiuzzo

Compass Cloud

Compass Cloud is an interactive infographic installation for Venice’s airport. Hanging from the ceiling it is a large cloud of paper-like planes which rotate towards the direction of the cities to where the real planes are flying. Located in the airport’s Departures area, passengers can experience the installation before leaving, feeling less isolated from the world.
My role: I initially spent time on background research and I took care of part of the visual communication. Meanwhile I worked on video simulations, 3D reconstruction of the space and editing our promotional video. I then tested and provided the materials for the prototype, evaluating in team different technical solutions.

Cinnamon: Urban gardening app
Screen Design Workshop

Cinnamon is a podcast app for urban gardening lovers: it allows particularly young users to stay tuned about daily news and new gardening products. From explore mode users can switch to learning mode to follow steps and lessons.
I worked on the concept development, defining the style tile and designing the graphic proposals until the final graphic solution.
